How to Apply

At Bethel, transfer students don’t just find a school—they find a home. With small class sizes and a supportive community, you’ll have everything you need to succeed from day one. Plus, Bethel is 50% the cost of the average four-year private university, giving you all the benefits of a private education—personalized learning, caring faculty, and a strong Christian foundation—at a price that helps keep student debt low. Your admissions counselor will be with you every step of the way to make sure the process is simple and stress-free.

You can apply to °®¶¹´«Ã½ using our or through —whichever works best for you!

Transfer students who have completed less than 24 semester hours at an accredited institution and have a cumulative high school GPA of less than a 2.25 are required to submit either ACT or SAT scores. Official score reports should be sent directly to °®¶¹´«Ã½ by the appropriate testing agency.

Scores listed on an official high school transcript will also be accepted. Please note that Bethel does not consider the Writing section of either the ACT or SAT. The University does super-score, taking the highest section scores across multiple test dates for admission and scholarship evaluation.

File Your FAFSA

Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and indicate °®¶¹´«Ã½ (Title IV code: 003479) on your application to ensure that our Financial Aid office receives your application. Receive Your °®¶¹´«Ã½ Decision

Once your application file is complete and all materials have been submitted, Bethel will review your application. °®¶¹´«Ã½ decisions are made on a rolling basis—typically in one to two weeks—starting in Mid-October.

Included with your decision will be an Initial Transfer Report. This unofficial estimate will give you an idea of how your previous course credit will transfer to Bethel. Note that this report is non-binding and the official evaluation of transfer credit will be conducted by the Registrar prior to registration for classes.
